What Operating Systems does your recruitment software support?

All of our products have been designed to run on Microsoft Windows Vista, XP SP2, Server 2000 or 2003 and Apple Mac OS X.

Does HRS Pro have auto skilling and CV parsing built in?

The latest version of HRS Pro professional recruitment software system, HRS Pro V9, has both Auto Skilling and CV parsing built in. It is also possible to import CVs in bulk to HRS.

Does HRS Pro have built in Reports?

There are 35 built in reports in HRS that cover everything from Temps currently working, to invoices unpaid.

Can you create invoices and monitor financial information in HRS Pro?

All invoices created in HRS Pro are sent straight to the financial reports page, so it is extremely easy to generate all types of financial reports, including forecasting.

Does HRS have an integrated multi user Diary?

The Diary function in HRS is not only Multi-user but also Integrates to MS Outlook, Entourage & iCal for all tasks and reminders.

Does HRS cover Temp jobs and bookings as well as permanent?

The latest version of HRS is totally mixed and covers both Temp and Perms seamlessly. The reporting functions on Temps and Timesheets are separated but all placement and invoices are reported together.

Is it possible to connect remotely to HRS Pro?

There is a built in Remote function to HRS Pro and it is advised that a fast broadband connection, and a powerful server be installed. Recommendations of these can be given by calling 0845 638 1833.

What is the user limitation of HRS Pro?

Although most of our clients are between 5 or 10 users we can link our system to 250 simultaneous users and we do have clients that have up to 60 + users.

Does you offer single user discounts?

We do offer discounts on training, set up and installation making a single user system extremely cost effective.

Does HRS Pro require training?

We offer training as an option to HRS Pro but we strongly recommend our certified trainer and depending on the number of delegates, the training last for approximately 6 hours.

Can HRS Pro be customized to suit unique recruitment processes?

Customisation on the Pro is available at a charge. Our consultant will arrange a time to discuss all your individual specific requirements and then a timescale in which this would be achieved.

What is the difference between HRS Pro and Lite?

In principle, the Lite is not a replacement product for the Pro and although it offers powerful searching storage and retrieval in a very fast and easy to use environment, the main missing features are, invoicing, diary, workflow activities, to-dos and tasks (MS Outlook Sync), built in mail merges, skype dial, sms text sending, postcode radius searching, job long listing, reporting, and auto cv parsing.
